High Protein Muffins! Yummy & healthy treat

These are delicious muffins packed with protein! They are so easy to make and a great snack or pre workout energy boost! I usually make them and keep them well stored in a tupperware, they will last you up to a week... but I doubt you will keep them that long!

RECIPE:

· 1 2/3 cup oat bran

· 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

·2 teaspoons baking powder

·1 teaspoon cinnamon

·2 small very ripe bananas, mashed

·1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt

·2 large egg whites (or 1 egg)
